Visitor Policy
We’re delighted to welcome guests to Carroll Hall and share the beauty of our garden. To ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment—and to protect the plants, wildlife, and spaces we love—we ask that all visitors observe the following guidelines:
General Guidelines
Enjoy the garden, leave pets at home. To encourage natural wildlife, please leave your pets at home. Service animals are always welcome.
No smoking or vaping. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Carroll Hall or in the garden. Please step outside the property if needed.
Alcohol is provided onsite. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Be mindful of the space. Please do not mark, tag, scratch, or damage any part of the property.
Amplified music requires approval. No amplified music is allowed in the garden unless previously arranged with our Events Manager.
Dispose of waste properly. Use the designated receptacles for drinks, ice, and other waste. Please do not discard liquids, garbage, or ice in plant beds or the fountain.
Watch your belongings. Carroll Hall is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Garden & Wildlife Etiquette
Respect the plants. Help preserve our gardens by staying on paths, avoiding plant beds, and leaving leaves, flowers, and soil undisturbed.
Respect the wildlife. Our garden is home to bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. Please look, but do not touch or disturb them.
For Families & Children
Children are welcome. We are happy to have children at age-appropriate events.
Supervision is required. For their safety and the enjoyment of all guests, children must be supervised at all times.
Follow garden guidelines. Children should stay on the paths, avoid touching wildlife, and respect the plants and pollinators.
By following these simple guidelines, you help us maintain Carroll Hall as a beautiful, safe, and welcoming space for everyone. Thank you for your care and consideration!
