Carroll Hall is located on the border of East Williamsburg and Bushwick at 2 Vandervoort Place, Brooklyn, NY 11237. The entrance is on the corner of Vandervoort Place and Thames Street, one block east of Morgan Avenue.

Carroll Hall is within close walking distance of the Morgan subway stop on the L train, and the Flushing Ave stop on the J and M trains. The B60 bus stops at Morgan & Thames which is on the same block as Carroll Hall. There is another bus two blocks away- the B57 at the Flushing and Wilson Ave stop.
